Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year to 3 years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
• Previous cash handling experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college coursework or banking experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive member experience to support retention and trust.
• Accurately perform basic and advanced teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, check cashing).
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accuracy in all transactions.
• Promote LMCU products and services through consultative conversations and referrals.
• Engage in ongoing learning to stay up-to-date on branch systems, policies, and digital platforms.
