Job summary

FourLeaf Federal Credit Union is seeking a Teller to join our branch team in New York. You will deliver exceptional member experiences while processing transactions, handling cash, and building lasting relationships with members.

You will identify member needs and offer suitable FourLeaf products and services, referring to partners when appropriate. Monday–Saturday availability is required, with a focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–4 years of customer service and cash handling experience.
• Proficiency with PC/Windows and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional member experiences and cultivate relationships.
• Identify member needs and recommend beneficial products or services.
• Refer members to platforms or partners to assist with banking needs.
• Assist with lobby management by greeting members and managing wait times.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and banking regulations; participate in daily controls and reporting.
