Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; two years teller/cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; familiarity with credit union policies and procedures.
• Ability to operate PCs and financial software; provide accurate transactional support.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and assist with transactions in branch lobby.
• Educate members on digital banking, bill pay, and self-service options.
• Handle account servicing, deposits, withdrawals, and card-related tasks within policy.
