Job summary

802 Credit Union in Vermont is seeking a Teller to be the face of our branch, providing day-to-day account services, assisting with transactions, and helping members with their financial needs. Responsibilities

• Member Service of Excellence: greet members and assist with deposits, withdrawals, inquiries, and loan payments.
• Processing Transactions: handle cash, checks, transfers, and other transactions accurately.
• Account Assistance: help with balance inquiries, stop payments, and other account maintenance tasks.
• Cross-Sell Services: educate members on credit cards, loans, and online banking options.
• Maintain Accuracy: ensure transactions are processed efficiently and correctly.
• Security and Compliance: protect member information and follow banking regulations.
• Team Collaboration: work with colleagues and management to meet branch goals.
