Qualifications

• One to three years of related experience or preparatory experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive member experience to drive retention through proactive engagement.
• Identify and address member needs with guidance about products and services that fit their financial goals.
• Provide friendly, professional, efficient service to all members with high satisfaction.
• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate issues for positive outcomes for members and LMCU.
