Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Sr. Manager of Site Merchandising for Digital Acceleration to guide Member’s Mark presence across Sam’s Club’s digital ecosystem.

You will translate brand strategy into high-impact digital guidance, driving experiences that boost conversion and grow brand equity. Based in the Private Brands team, you’ll lead cross-functional collaboration with Brand, Merchandising, Marketing, and eCommerce, using data to optimize performance and accelerate growth for millions of Members

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in public relations, communications, or related area.
• Experience in digital or eCommerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive digital performance for Member’s Mark.
• Elevate and standardize the Member’s Mark digital experience.
• Ensure consistent premium brand presence across PDPs, homepage, and landing pages.
• Lead analytics to inform priorities and decisions.
• Partner with Marketing, eCommerce, and Merchandising teams to align digital brand priorities.
