Job summary

Walmart's Sam's Club in Saint Charles, MO is seeking a Team Manager to lead Member Experience, Fresh Area, Merchandising, Fulfillment and Freight Flow teams.

You will empower associates to deliver exceptional member service, apply the EDLP/EDLC business models, and drive continuous improvement through a culture of accountability and servant leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience with 6 months supervisory.
• 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR SAM'S Club experience; OR 3 years’ military experience.
• Preferred: Environmental Compliance or related field.
• Retail profit and loss statement management experience; Supervisory experience; Warehouse experience with cold chain compliance

Responsibilities

• Lead Team Manager candidates for Member Experience, Fresh Area, Merchandising, Fulfillment and Freight Flow roles.
• Empower associates to take care of our members.
• Apply omni-merchant mindset and EDLP/EDLC business models in plans.
