Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six months customer service or cash handling experience.
• One-year related financial institution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure each interaction creates a positive member experience with relevant solutions.
• Verify cash transactions using the three-count rule and balance drawers.
• Process loan payments and maintain basic accounts including IRAs/HSA, with proper documentation.
