Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and maintains the checkout area.
• Resolves member issues and concerns; promotes Sam's Club products and services.
• Guides members regarding self-service technology and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policy.
• Ensures safety and security; conducts safety sweeps and reports unsafe conditions.
