Responsibilities

• Provide member service and assist customers at checkout
• Maintain checkout area and organize merchandise near front end
• Process member purchases and assist with payments, returns, refunds and exchanges
• Promote Sam's Club products and services to members
• Help members with self-service technology and purchasing decisions
• Identify member needs and locate merchandise as requested
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment
• Assist with training of new Frontline Services associates and roll out training on new programs
