You'll verify cash transactions, balance drawers, process loan payments and maintain accounts while complying with financial regulations. A GED or high school diploma and at least six months of customer service are required, with one year in a financial setting preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months customer service or cash handling experience required.
• One year in a financial institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create positive member experiences while providing relevant solutions to improve members' financial well-being.
• Verify cash transactions using the three-count rule and balance drawers per standards.
• Process loan payments and maintain basic accounts (CDs, money markets, share accounts, IRA/HSA).
• Educate members on products and services and refer offerings to meet financial goals.
• Conduct outbound calls to promote credit union products and services.
