Zocdoc is hiring a Specialist, Customer Experience to deliver best-in-class support to our healthcare provider partners. You will engage via calls, emails, and chat, upsell features, and help providers use Zocdoc more effectively.

You will represent the voice of Zocdoc, solving issues quickly and professionally, while maintaining accurate records and building trusted relationships with customers across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service in healthcare or tech environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service to provider partners via calls, emails, and chat; upsell features and enable effective use of Zocdoc services.
• Identify opportunities to simplify provider workflows and improve overall experience across channels.
• Act as the voice of Zocdoc, building positive impressions and offering proactive, humanized support.
• Develop deep knowledge of Zocdoc's platform to demonstrate value and engage users across support channels.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions to ensure consistent service.
