Job summary

HOPE Enterprise Corporation, doing business as HOPE, is seeking a Member Service Representative to support Retail Operations in the Birmingham area. The MSR provides information on HOPE’s products and services, resolves member issues, and helps ensure a positive member experience.

You will maintain member accounts, cross-sell HOPE products, and handle a range of administrative duties while adhering to policy, security, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Essential Functions include establishing and maintaining member accounts, providing service excellence, processing accounts accurately and timely, resolving questions, completing required courses, and achieving growth/retention targets.
• Accounts are managed with adherence to HOPE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Required: high school diploma; in-office environment; ability to travel between branches within the market.
