Tucoemas Federal Credit Union in Visalia, CA seeks a friendly Member Service Representative I to support members and colleagues across branch locations. You will handle teller transactions, promote credit union products, and maintain cash accuracy while delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience, strong communication, and a willingness to travel to cover multiple branches. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; prior banking experience is preferred.

Formación

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Ability to be bonded.
• Minimum of one year of hospitality experience.
• Ability to work Monday–Saturday 8:30–6:15 at all branch locations.
• Able to travel to cover other branches for training or staffing as needed.
• Prior banking/credit union experience preferred.
• Spanish fluency is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately process teller transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, sale or processing of negotiable instruments.
• Provide exceptional member service to all members.
• The ability to work at any location as needed.
• Take an active role in branch member service programs by greeting members and introducing credit union products and services.
• Goes the extra mile to build trust, loyalty, and satisfaction.
• Support the branch team to achieve service and benchmark goals.
• Participate in all employee development programs supporting the credit union's values and mission.
• Resolve routine issues and direct complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Balance currency, coins, and checks at end of shift and secure cash.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
