Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for fitness and health!
• Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member's expectations.
• Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.
• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk related activities including: Answer phones, check members in, and assist callers.
• Take prospective members on tours and sign up new members with rates and payments.
• Assist the Club Manager in counting out the drawer as needed.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to questions promptly.
• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club; complete daily tasks early.
• Complete priority cleaning lists, walk-arounds, and bathroom checks as required.
• Other duties based on club needs.
