Job summary

VASA Fitness in Riverton, UT is seeking a Member Experience Specialist to welcome members, guide them through memberships and training options, and keep the club clean and inviting. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and driving member engagement.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and an interest in health and fitness. Background checks will be conducted and CPR certification is a plus.

• 1+ year of customer service experience; membership sales preferred.
• Interest in health, wellness, and fitness.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Bilingual skills or CPR certification are a plus.

• Greet members warmly and set a welcoming tone at the front desk.
• Guide members on memberships, upgrades, and personal training options.
• Promote memberships and tours to drive sales.

As the first friendly face at the front desk, the Member Experience Specialist sets the tone for every visit. By greeting members warmly, creating personal connections, and keeping the club clean and organized, you make VASA feel like home. You'll also guide members on their fitness journey by sharing information about memberships, upgrades, and personal training options. Every interaction you have helps members feel valued, motivated, and excited to come back--changing lives one visit at a time.

• COMPENSATION : Base rate of $11.40 per hour + commission with no cap!
