Job summary

Walmart in O’Fallon, IL is hiring a Frontline Services Associate to serve members, operate the checkout area, and process purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to policy. You’ll guide members through self-service technology and promote Sam’s Club products and services to help drive member satisfaction.

You’ll help with training, keep entry/exit areas safe, report unsafe conditions, and ensure a clean, organized store environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register)
• Experience with mobile retail apps

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and processes member purchases.
• Maintains checkout area and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Guides members on self-service technology and promotes Sam's Club products and services.
• Maintains safety standards and conducts safety sweeps.
• Assists with training of Member Frontline Services associates on processes and new technology.
