Job summary

Walmart’s Sam’s Club location in Lake Charles, LA seeks an energetic associate to deliver exceptional member service at the front end. You will process purchases, answer questions, and help members navigate self-checkout while upholding safety and policy standards.

You’ll promote products, assist with returns and exchanges, and support training for new Team Members, contributing to a smooth, welcoming shopping experience for all members.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register)
• Experience with mobile retail applications

Responsibilities

• Provides member service and processes member purchases.
• Maintains the checkout area and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Resolves member issues and concerns and promotes Sam’s Club products and services.
• Guides members on self-service technology and supports training of Frontline associates.
• Maintains a safe and organized shopping environment and assists with security procedures.
