Job summary

Walmart in Indianapolis is seeking a Member Frontline Service associate to support the Sam’s Club front end and member experience. You will help with returns, merchandise organization, and assist members with purchases, payments, and locating items.

You will also assist with self-checkout, monitor area security, and participate in training new team members while upholding company policies and delivering quality service to members.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (e.g., cash register).
• Working with mobile retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle returns, organize the area, monitor shrink and damages.
• Provide member service at exits, assist with purchases and locating items.
• Support self-checkout: resolve issues, process purchases, and assist with payments and exchanges.
• Maintain security records and follow emergency procedures.
• Train new Frontline Service associates on processes and new technology.
