Qualifications

• 1 year of related work experience in a customer-facing role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to acquire and maintain competency in live-chat and Gateway ticketing software.
• Proficiency of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of membership categories, benefits and policies.
• Act as first point of contact answering calls for the Zoo's membership line.
• Log and return voicemails.
• Process and fulfill memberships, including entering, renewing and correcting records; printing and mailing membership materials daily.
• Handle customer service issues via phone and email.
• Maintain competency with Galaxy POS System and Microsoft Excel.
• General data entry including creating memberships and updating records.
• Maintain a positive attitude with peers and the public.
