• Provide member service by acknowledging the member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting Walmart products and services.
• Delivers results by prioritizing tasks, using information and data to support the team and customers, and collaborating with coworkers and partners.
• Maintain safety and compliance by following safety standards and procedures, reporting unsafe conditions, and practicing responsible handling of materials.
• Support membership by processing memberships upgrades and credit accounts and participating in events to reach membership goals.
