Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and check in using club system.
• Promote and enroll members, tours, and classes.
• Introduce members to Black Card amenities and benefits.
• Support the welcome desk and assist with club duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming club environment.
