Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to members, guests, and participants.
• Promote memberships and programs to drive engagement and retention.
• Manage cash drawer and shift close-out.
• Conduct tours and assist with tour-to-join closing rates.
• Create a welcoming, safe environment for all members.
• Follow YMCA policies and safety procedures.
