Qualifications

• One year to three years of similar or related experience.
• Education options not specified in the ad; open to relevant qualifications as per typical credit-union hiring standards.
• Proven ability to interview members and assess financial needs.

Responsibilities

• Interview members to evaluate needs and recommend loan options, and analyze financial position.
• Develop understanding of credit union products and talk confidently with members, cross-selling appropriate solutions.
• Be proficient in teller transactions and electronic channels, manage account openings and closings, and vault knowledge.
• Listen to members’ needs and offer appropriate solutions; refer complex issues to supervisor with recommendations.
• Make decisions aligned with core values and adhere to policies and procedures.
• Understand credit union history, bylaws, policies, and software; perform other duties as assigned.
