Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of credit union products and services to discuss members' financial needs and cross-sell appropriate solutions.
• Be proficient in teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, cashier's checks, and wire transfers; open/close accounts and be familiar with IRA rules.
• Actively listen to members' needs and offer solutions, referring more complex issues to supervision with recommendations.
• Make decisions aligned with the credit union's core values while following policies and procedures.
• Develop working knowledge of the credit union history, philosophy, bylaws, policies, and software systems; perform other duties as assigned.
