Job summary

American Heritage Credit Union is seeking a Full‑Time Member Experience Advisor at our Glendora branch. The role provides premier service to members, clients, and associates, using a consultative approach to identify financial needs and deliver solutions.

The position requires 1–3 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and rotating evening and Saturday hours. A FICEP certification is preferred, with competitive benefits and growth opportunities offered by the credit union.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of similar or related experience.
• High school education or GED.
• Full-time position with rotating evening and Saturday hours.
• FICEP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process basic account requests and maintenance (opening accounts, address/name changes, etc.).
• Process basic loan requests including applications, booking, disbursing, and maintenance.
• Use sales tracking systems and member data tools to analyze engagement and offer solutions.
• Connect members to SMEs via SmartOffice/VANA for specialized financial needs.
