Job summary

American Heritage Credit Union in Philadelphia is hiring a Full-Time Member Experience Advisor at our Market Street branch to deliver premier service to members and associates. You will proactively engage existing and prospective members with their financial needs using a consultative approach.

Role requires 1–3 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and rotating evening and Saturday hours. EOE M/F/D/V Salary: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of similar or related experience.
• High school education or GED.
• Full-time position with rotating evening and Saturday hours.

Responsibilities

• Process account-related requests including openings and maintenance.
• Handle basic consumer loan-related requests and applications.
• Use sales/tracking systems to analyze member engagement and offer solutions.
• Connect members to Subject Matter Experts via SmartOffice/VANA.
