American Heritage Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Member Experience Advisor at our Glendora branch. This role focuses on delivering premier service to members, proactively engaging prospects and members with their financial needs through a consultative approach.

The position requires 1–3 years of related experience, a high school diploma, and rotating evening and Saturday hours. FICEP certification is preferred and benefits include PTO, health coverage, and a strong 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Full-time position with rotating evening and Saturday hours.
• FICEP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process account-related requests (opening basic consumer accounts, file maintenance).
• Process basic consumer loan-related requests (applications, booking, disbursement, file maintenance).
• Use sales tracking systems and data tools to analyze member engagement and offer solutions.
• Connect members to SMEs via SmartOffice/VANA for specialized financial needs.
