• Process Memberships, upgrades, and credit account applications and participate in sales events to meet Membership goals.
• Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping and palletizing, securing items until Members arrive, and addressing out-of-stock needs.
• Provide attentive Member service by identifying needs, assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and upholding company policies and ethics.
