Job summary

Walmart Sam’s Club in Southfield, MI is seeking a service-oriented team member to assist Members with purchases, answer questions, and promote products and services. You will handle order processing, pull and prepare items for pickup, and ensure order accuracy and safe handling of materials.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety standards, collaborating with coworkers, and contributing to achieving Membership goals while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting Walmart products and services.
• Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping and palletizing, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices.
• Maintain safety by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including safety sweeps and proper handling of hazardous materials.
