Job summary

Sam's Club in Ypsilanti, MI is seeking a Member Service Associate to help members understand benefits, promote value, and process memberships and related accounts. You will assist customers, locate merchandise, and ensure accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will adhere to safety standards, follow Open Door policy, provide friendly service, and collaborate with teammates to hit membership goals while enjoying comprehensive benefits and an education program.

Responsibilities

• Provide Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting Walmart/Sam's Club products and services.
• Process Membership upgrades and credit accounts and ensure accurate invoicing and reporting.
• Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders, scan items, wrap and palletize while securing items for Members.
• Follow safety standards, procedures for hazardous materials, forklift spotting, and company safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to meet membership goals and continuously improve processes.
