• Processes memberships, upgrades and credit accounts, and handles orders for fax n pull and click n pull.
• Ensures safety and compliance with safety standards and company guidelines.
• Locates merchandise, resolves issues, and supports sales events to meet membership goals.
• Maintains accuracy of orders and invoices and follows up on out-of-stock merchandise.
