Job summary

Global Credit Union is seeking a Customer Service Officer to support the Member Service Center. You will assist across all MSC queues, help new hires during nesting, and promote financial products while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.

Starting base salary ranges between $57,484 and $90,230 annually, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow within the branch network. This role emphasizes leadership in customer relations and process improvement to ensure member

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to ask open-ended questions and provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support all MSC queues and contact channels, resolving member interactions and escalations.
• Maintain knowledge of credit union services, policies, and MSC functions.
• Provide prompt, professional, courteous member service.
• Support nesting program from day 15 to day 90 for new hires.
• Deliver real-time coaching to specialists during nesting and address escalations.
• Lead member recovery activities related to complaint management.
• Provide recommendations to improve MSC and member experience.
• Assist in introducing and integrating new call center disciplines.
