Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness Afterburn Coaching is seeking motivated team members to deliver exceptional member experiences and drive engagement at our studio. You will answer questions, resolve concerns, and promote the OTF brand while helping members pursue their fitness goals in a friendly, inclusive environment.

Pay is $15.00 per hour with 20–40 hours per week; positions include both part-time and full-time opportunities, plus benefits after a probationary period.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience in a similar role.
• Positive, genuine, and passionate with strong interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service oriented and willing to go above and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Cultivating genuine, experience-focused connections with members and guests, including answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Ensuring a friendly, helpful, and inclusive experience for all members and guests.
