Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking motivated individuals to join our studio team. You will greet guests, present the OTF concept, and guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout with trainers.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, face-to-face or on paper.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented.
• Ability to engage customers and present concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet studio guests with energy and knowledge.
• Present the Orangetheory Fitness concept to interested individuals (intros).
• Give studio tours and guide intros through the first Orangetheory workout with trainers.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive and meet targets.
• Follow up with prospective clients to convert interest into sign-ups.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events and maintain a clean, organized studio.
