The role emphasizes strong communication, tech fluency, and the ability to meet sales and service targets while supporting member financial needs and community involvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year in a fast-paced customer service role with in-person or phone experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficient with technology.
• Credit union/bank experience with cross-selling is helpful.
• Ability to obtain NMLS certification and Notary Public in OR/WA.

Responsibilities

• Assist members in opening new accounts, applying for loans, and cross-selling products.
• Process monetary and non-monetary transactions with accuracy and fraud awareness.
• Develop knowledge of credit union products and internal member-account systems.
• Collaborate with branches and departments to resolve questions or concerns.
• Aim to exceed sales and service goals focused on member needs.
