Job summary

Unitus Community Credit Union invites applications for a Member Advocate at the Tanasbourne Hillsboro branch. You will engage members in person, explain products, and guide them through accounts, loans, and referrals to other financial services.

Strong communication and cash handling skills are required, with preferred experience in banking or credit unions. Notary and NMLS certification readiness is a plus as part of our member-first culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service in person or by phone is preferred.
• Ability to learn credit union products and systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist members in opening accounts and applying for loans.
• Process monetary and non-monetary transactions with accuracy.
• Promote products and services to meet member needs.
• Collaborate with staff to answer questions and resolve issues.
• Maintain fraud prevention and excellent service throughout interactions.
