Responsibilities

• Provide member service and support regarding self-service technology.
• Maintain the checkout area and process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Conduct safety sweeps and follow company safety standards.
• Zone the area and assist members with locating items.
• Maintain entrance and exit areas, and verify membership cards.
• Observe and communicate potential criminal activity.
• Execute emergency response procedures and adhere to safety practices.
• Train and support Member Frontline Services associates.
• Identify shrink and damages, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with managers and co-workers to meet priorities.
• Promote a culture of belonging and customer focus.
