Job summary

Omaha Kroc Center is seeking an energetic Member & Guest Services Retention Specialist to design and execute strategies that maximize existing membership retention and engagement. You will work with the Member Services team, handle inquiries, resolve complaints, promote programs, and provide tours highlighting benefits while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

This role requires 2–5 years in customer-facing work, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office;

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in customer-facing roles or some college preferred.
• English proficiency required; Spanish helpful.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Analyze retention data and reports to guide process improvements.
• Make outbound calls to improve customer connections.
• Develop annual retention plan with management.
• Coordinate and execute retention actions and programs.
• Train and supervise Members Services Associates on retention tactics.
• Assist with tracking and renewal of specialty memberships.
• Provide tours and explain membership benefits.
• Ensure front desk communications and safety procedures.
