• Use dual monitors and computer resources to find answers and simplify next steps for members.
• Coordinate with internal departments or external resources to resolve concerns.
• Participate in a continuous learning environment to stay current with plans, systems, and insurance trends.
• Protect the personal health information of members as the ultimate responsibility.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service-focused industry preferred.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic insurance concepts preferred.

Pay and Benefits

Pay range: $18.25/hr.
