Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Springfield, MO seeks a full-time Customer Service Associate to support members via telephone, video, email, and chat. You will explain services, resolve issues within your authority, and route more complex problems to supervision with recommendations.

You will identify cross-sell opportunities, maintain accurate account records, and support other departments as needed. This role requires attention to detail and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• One year to three years of similar or related experience.
• Good communication skills; detail-oriented with numerical accuracy.
• Must be willing to work at any Columbia, Missouri location.

• Other Skills: Must have good communication skills. Ten key calculator and computer keyboard by touch. Must be good with detail to deal with numbers and names.
• Physical Requirements:
