Job summary

Qualifications

• A two year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study in business or trade.
• Two years or more of similar or related experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, and test operations and lending projects with focus on member experience.
• Monitor usage and success of initiatives to increase member satisfaction.
• Recommend strategies to improve internal processes and control costs.
• Maintain project plans with resources, timelines, and schedules.
• Provide ongoing communication on credit union initiatives to leadership and stakeholders.
• Generate reports on project status and compliance in a timely manner.
