Job summary

Nusenda Credit Union is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional and departmental projects and drive process-improvement initiatives. You will consult with leadership to create complete, quantifiable business cases and advance project management maturity across the organization.

You will coordinate multiple projects, support project leads, assess risks, and ensure schedules and tasks are properly tracked. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of project management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or certifications in Project Management (PMP), Lean, Six Sigma, preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers via in person, email, etc.
• Experience in multi-tasking, meeting strict deadlines, handling sensitive information, and problem resolution while delivering exceptional service.
• Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and all internal systems affiliated with the department.

• Provide project management support as requested by project leads and sponsors.
• Contribute to project risk analysis and mitigation.
• Ensure tasks and schedules are tracked and documented to meet expectations of project leads and sponsors.
• Identify and support detailed analysis of current processes and develop a business case for change implementation.
• Identify opportunities for automation of manual processes, time, and cost efficiencies.
• Analyze processes for new projects/upgrades to ensure improvements are tested, documented and implemented.

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Credit Union. As a Project Manager, you will provide project management support for organizational, cross-functional, and departmental projects and process improvement initiatives. You will consult with the Research Analyst, Proposal Development Specialist, and leadership in the creation of complete, and quantifiable business cases. Recommends improvements or solutions for the organization. You will lead the continuous improvement efforts to mature project management processes, tools, and professional development. You will manage vendor relationships and coordinates deliverables with internal business units. Ability to provide consultation to peers and others within the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze the same for new projects/upgrades ensuring that process improvement opportunities are tested, documented and implemented.

What You’ll Need
