Job summary

Clover Health is seeking a Product Operations Manager for the Member Experience team in Houston. You will bridge the floor operations with the technology that powers it, ensuring feedback loops, adoption, and effective change management across advocates and supervisors.

You will work at the intersection of service operations, product delivery, and change management, owning problem statements, releases, and KPI tracking to improve member interactions and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–6 years of relevant experience in product operations, program management, or operations in a tech-enabled environment.
• Based in the Houston area; hybrid role with 4 days onsite per week.

Responsibilities

• Embed with the Houston service team to build direct relationships with advocates, team leads, and supervisors.
• Own problem statements, severity, and timing; define what is broken and impact on users.
• Manage triage, backlog sizing, and defend decisions with stakeholders; ensure alignment.
