Clover Health is seeking an HR Business Partner for its Houston Customer Experience Center in Texas. This fully onsite role is critical for supporting employees and leaders, ensuring a high-quality experience within the Medicare Advantage organization.

The successful candidate will manage employee relations, promote inclusion, and drive employee engagement while overseeing office operations and facilitating a positive onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced or regulated environment, supporting healthcare or call center teams.
• Ability to partner with front-line and mid-level leaders to drive accountability and performance.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary People partner for Houston employees.
• Lead employee relations matters including investigations and corrective actions.
• Own the onsite employee and visitor experience at the Houston Experience Center.
