Job summary

Sam’s Club, a Walmart subsidiary, is seeking a Team Manager in Peoria, IL to lead Member Experience, Fresh Area, Merchandising, Fulfillment and Freight Flow. This position reports to store leadership and drives a cohesive team focused on delivering exceptional member value.

The role emphasizes servant leadership, collaboration, and strategic thinking to influence cross‑functional partners while embracing change and digital transformation in daily operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience with 6 months of supervisory experience.
• 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• 1 year SAM'S Club experience.
• 3 years military experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members to deliver strong member experiences across the Fresh, Merchandising, Fulfillment and Freight Flow areas.
• Model servant leadership and culture, drive accountability, and support community and sustainability initiatives.
• Encourage curiosity and continuous learning through digital tools and new ways of working.
• Put the member first with omni‑merchant thinking and EDLP/EDLC driven planning and execution.
• Collaborate across functions to build high‑performing teams and recognize contributions.
