Job summary

Villa Sport is seeking a dedicated Member Experience Manager at our Nampa, ID location to support gym operations, member services, and facility cleanliness while driving membership and sales goals.

As the on-duty manager when the General Manager is away, you will lead a team, uphold company standards, and leverage our systems and programs to deliver exceptional member experiences. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of facility operations as defined by company standards.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all facility operational, sales, and management systems.
• Proficient in the use of all software programs that are utilized at the facility.
• Ability and experience in effectively motivating and managing a staff of employees.
• Achieve a six-month consecutive track record as an employee who displays leadership qualities.
• Direct supervisor must endorse promotion to Assistant General Manager.
• Must demonstrate leadership and management qualities.
• Must understand and adhere to all sales systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• The Member Experience Manager will assist the General Manager with all operations of a particular gym to include member services, club cleanliness and ensuring the club is achieving projected membership/sales goals.
• Member Experience Manager is the manager on duty while the General Manager is not present.
