Compensation: $13 ‑ $14.50 per hour DOE plus monthly sales & booking commissions.

We are looking for an energetic, positive, and people‑focused Member Experience Manager who is passionate about health, wellness, and helping others reach their goals. This role serves as a guide, educator, and relationship builder throughout members’ wellness journeys.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every member and guest with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Build relationships that make every client feel valued and supported.
• Manage scheduling, member communication, and resolve concerns.
• Protect and enhance the positive culture of the studio.
• Conduct introductory stretch consultations and studio tours.
• Educate guests on practitioner‑assisted stretching.
• Understand goals and recommend appropriate membership or packages.
• Follow up with prospective members and build lasting relationships.
• Improve member retention through meaningful touch points.
• Encourage referrals and community involvement.
• Participate in local events and partnerships.
• Support studio revenue and membership growth.
