Plus One is seeking a reliable Locker Room Attendant for our fitness center in Philadelphia, PA. You will greet members, maintain clean locker rooms, and perform general upkeep in a friendly, team-focused environment.

The role emphasizes professional interaction with guests, adherence to safety guidelines, and flexibility to support wellness services within the Optum portfolio. CPR/First Aid credentials may be provided or reimbursed where required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping, maintenance or related field.
• Ability to greet and interact professionally with members and team.
• Location may require CPR/AED and First Aid certifications (reimbursed).

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter the facility.
• Ensure locker room and restrooms are clean and well-stocked.
• Provide general upkeep for all facility areas.
• Work collaboratively with members and your team.
• Follow established health and safety guidelines.
