Heritage Family Credit Union is seeking a dedicated Universal Service Representative (USR) to serve our Bennington area, including nearby towns in Vermont and Hoosick Falls, NY. The role centers on delivering world-class member experiences and assisting members with memberships, lending, and daily banking needs.

The ideal candidate is relationship-focused, customer-service driven, and capable of working collaboratively to meet branch goals while learning our products and services to advise

Responsibilities

• Partner with individuals and businesses in the community to open new memberships.
• Work with members through their consumer lending process from application to loan closing, and identify other financial goals to support.
• Provide assistance to members in a compassionate manner to resolve in-depth issues and educate on achieving better financial success.
